WHO / WHAT / WHY

Le Trio Coffee is Vientiane’s first boutique coffee roaster established in 2009 by a Lao-French couple. Starting out with a small coffee shop, the owners Nini & Micka clearly saw the urge and demand for high quality Lao Coffee, and so Le Trio Coffee was born.

Striving for the best and believing in what we do, Le Trio Coffee have made progressive steps in bringing us closer to our ultimate goal: Recognition for Lao Coffee.

DIRECT TRADE / SUSTAINABILITY / QUALITY

Le Trio Coffee works directly with small coffee producers using natural, sustainable methods to grow the best Arabica and Robusta beans in Laos. Our direct and fair trade ensures better bean quality as well as motivation for our farmers to improve their coffee process, while also providing their families with a sustainable income.

COFFEE BEANS / ROASTING / SELECTION

Our green beans are outsourced from the Northern and Southern regions of Laos and are then carefully roasted using world famous roasting and processing equipment.

Several coffee types are selected to create our unique coffee blends, which is then packaged in-house applying GMP (Good Manufacturing Produce) methods.
